Our promise
We respect your privacy and we keep things simple. We collect only what we need to run the app, we never sell your information, and we tell you plainly what we do with it. This policy explains the rest.
Information we collect
Allbuyy collects the following:
- Account information you provide — your phone number, and optionally a name you set inside the app
- A device push token issued by Apple or Google, if you allow notifications, so we can deliver alerts
- Basic device and app information — device model, OS version, app version, and crash diagnostics — to keep the app stable
- Usage signals — which categories or deals you tap — to improve the app and personalise your feed
How we use this information
We use the data above to authenticate you, deliver notifications you have opted in to, surface relevant offers, fix bugs, and improve the overall experience. We do not run ad networks inside the app.
What we do not collect
Allbuyy does not handle your shopping checkout. We do not see, store, or receive your card numbers, UPI IDs, bank details, or partner-app passwords. Those stay between you and the partner platform.
Third-party services we rely on
To keep the app running we use a small number of standard service providers, each with their own privacy practices:
- Google Firebase — for sign-in support, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications
- Cloud hosting providers — to store your account information securely
- Partner shopping platforms — the destinations we link out to, governed by their own policies
Affiliate disclosure
Some links in Allbuyy are affiliate links. If you complete a purchase after tapping one, we may receive a small commission from the partner platform. The price you pay does not change. This income helps us keep Allbuyy free to use.
Links to other apps and websites
Allbuyy is a discovery layer, so we frequently send you to other apps and websites. Once you leave Allbuyy, you are subject to that destination’s privacy policy and terms. Please read theirs — we cannot vouch for or control how they handle your information.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and associated data deleted, write to us using the email below and we will action your request within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, access controls, and audited cloud infrastructure — to protect your data. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, but we work hard to minimise risk.
Children
Allbuyy is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, please contact us and we will remove the account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date below and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Allbuyy after a change means you accept the updated policy.
